Additional information

  • Child > 3 years – 50 zł one-time fee for cot + bed linen.
  • Each additional person (over 5 persons) in the cottage is an additional cost of 60 zł/day.
  • During all ‘extended’ weekends and during holidays/occasional days, the prices are the same as for the option ‘Friday – Sunday’.
  • During holidays (01.07-31.08), only stays of min. 4 nights.
  • The price for the cottage is not subject to adjustment in the case of accommodation of only one person.
  • The cottage has a list of restaurants that offer takeaway meals.
  • Wood for the fireplace on the first day of stay is offered free of charge. Additional wood is charged at PLN 40.
  • Possibility of making a bonfire.
  • Barbecue hire – free of charge (coal on your own).
  • Pets are welcome. Please register their arrival. One-off fee is PLN 50.
  • Coffee machine capsules are provided free of charge in a quantity of 5. Additional capsules charged at PLN 2/unit.
  • Replacement of towels – 5 zł/unit.
  • Cleaning during your stay – 100 PLN.
  • Internet is provided free of charge.

Rules and regulations of the facility

Making a reservation is tantamount to knowing and accepting the provisions of the following rules and regulations, which constitute an integral part of the rental agreement, which is concluded within the confirmed reservation, so please read them.

1 Booking and accommodation regulations

1. general provisions:

  1. These regulations define the rules of stay, the rules of providing additional services and the conditions under which it is possible to make a reservation for a stay in the cottages available within the infrastructure of the facility named ‘Apartamenty Leśne Historie’, located at 1a Jarmickiego Street, 63-322 Goluchów.
  2. The facility ‘Apartamenty Leśne Historie’ remains under the management of Tourist Traffic Service Maksymilian Marek, ul. Klemensa Borowskiego 8, 63-322 Gołuchów, NIP 617-198-27-34.
  3. The rules and regulations apply to all persons making a reservation or staying at the premises of Leśne Historia Apartments. Making a reservation is tantamount to knowing and accepting the provisions of these rules, which constitute an integral part of the lease agreement, which is concluded within the confirmed reservation. The person making the reservation is obliged to ensure that the rules and regulations are obeyed by third parties who will use the facility of Lesne Historie Apartments as part of the reservation.

2. Reservation of stay and payment:

  1. The Leśne Historie Apartments facility accepts reservations made by:
    • submitting a booking request via the form on the website of the facility Leśne Historie Apartments, available on the website,
    • making a reservation by electronic means (e-mail),
    • making a telephone reservation,
    • making a personal reservation at the reception desk of Lesne Histories Apartments.
  2. The booking refers to the whole cottage within the object Forest Stories Apartments.
  3. Initial booking, which can be made in person, by phone or e-mail. When making the initial booking, it is necessary to indicate the Guest’s data and contact details enabling contact to be made in order for the booking to be accepted by the service of the facility Forest Stories Apartments, as well as to specify at least the date of stay and the number of persons included in the booking. The initial booking takes place after confirming the availability of the cottage and its unit price (price per hotel day or total price) together with an explicit declaration of the wish to rent it, including the specification of the validity of the offer and the amount of the required deposit (prepayment) for the booked stay. The initial booking remains valid for a period of 48 hours from the date of confirmation of its terms by both parties and the declaration of the Guest’s willingness to realise it.
  4. Guaranteed booking takes place only after the Guest has paid the required deposit (prepayment) for the stay specified at the stage of initial booking. The payment of the deposit (prepayment) by the booking person to the object of Lesne Historia Apartments is the confirmation of the guaranteed reservation, unless the parties agree that the confirmation of the reservation does not require a deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Leśne Historie Apartments facility will send a confirmation of the guaranteed booking. From the date of confirmation of the guaranteed reservation, the reservation becomes an order and is binding for both parties.
  5. The amount of the deposit (prepayment) is determined individually for each booking depending on the season and type of accommodation. The amount of the required deposit and details on how to pay it will be indicated during the online booking process or as part of the confirmation of the initial booking.
  6. The amount of the deposit (prepayment) should be paid within 48 hours, unless a different date is specified in the initial booking confirmation. The basic form of payment of the deposit (prepayment) is by bank transfer. The object of Lesne Historia Apartments also allows payment of the amount of the deposit (prepayment) in cash. The date of making the payment is the date of crediting the bank account of the object Leśne Historie Apartments, with a recommendation to send a confirmation of payment (in case of remote payment) or the date of cash receipt at the cash desk of the object Leśne Historie Apartments (in case of personal payment).
  7. Failure to pay the deposit (prepayment) within the period specified within the automatic booking system or the confirmation of the initial reservation will be deemed as a cancellation by the Guest of the reservation of the hotel services, and will result in the assumption that the rental agreement has not been effectively concluded between the parties.
  8. The remaining amount of the fee for the stay in the object of Lesne Historie Apartments is collected in advance before the beginning of the stay, at the latest on the day of arrival, for the specified number of hotel days. The service staff of the facility Lesne Historie Apartments is obliged to deduct the amount to be received by the amount of the deposit paid in advance. In order to clarify any possible ambiguities, it is recommended to keep and show a copy of the deposit or other payments made. Refusal by the Guest to pay the remaining amount of the stay charge is tantamount to cancellation of the reservation and constitutes withdrawal from the reservation due to the fault of the Guest, with the right to keep the full deposit (prepayment) by the object of Lesne Historie Apartments.
  9. The charge for the stay includes the price of the services included in the accommodation basis for the type of reservation. Additional charges apply according to the price list for services not included in the price of the stay as free of charge (included in the basic package of the stay).
  10. The facility provides prices in Polish zlotys (PLN). The prices are inclusive of VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
  11. The object of Lesne Historia Apartments will document each transaction according to the valid regulations. If the guest wishes to document the transaction with a VAT invoice, this should be stated at the time of booking and the buyer’s details should be provided. The wish to receive a VAT invoice must be declared before the payment transaction is completed. Once the transaction has been closed with a receipt, it is not possible to issue a sales invoice.
  12. The facility of Lesne Historie Apartments reserves the right to refuse admission to the Guest or persons accompanying the Guest who, during previous stays, have grossly violated the regulations and rules of the stay at the facility of Lesne Historie Apartments, in particular by causing damage to the property of the facility, the Guest, damage to the Guest’s person, the facility’s employees or other persons staying on the premises of the facility.

3. Cancellation of reservation:

  1. The final and paid reservation is binding.
  2. In the event of non-arrival of the Guest on the specified date, the reservation guaranteed by the deposit (prepayment) is automatically cancelled through the fault of the Guest at 11.00 a.m. on the following day, unless the Guest declares his/her willingness to stay during the further period of reservation and pays the amount due in connection with the reservation.
  3. The cancellation of the reservation due to the fault of the Guest, and for reasons not attributable to the object of Lesne Historie Apartments, results in the retention of the required deposit (prepayment) by the object of Lesne Historie Apartments.
  4. The facility Leśne Historie Apartments provides the possibility for the Guest to change the original booking date of the stay, with a credit to the new booking of the originally paid (prepayment) on another agreed date available in the offer of the facility Leśne Historie Apartments, however, not longer than 6 months from the starting date of the originally booked stay (changed stay), provided that the Guest notifies the facility of his/her wish to change the original booking date at least 30 days before the starting date of the originally booked stay (changed stay). For the transferred deposit (prepayment), the provisions concerning the deposit (prepayment) made for the original booking shall apply accordingly, including in particular the right to retain it in case of cancellation of the modified booking.
  5. Leśne Historie Apartments will refund the deposit (prepayment) in full if the cancellation of the reservation occurs due to the fault of Leśne Historie Apartments.

4. Check-in time:

  1. The cottages in the object Leśne Historie Apartments are rented for hotel nights.
  2. Check-in time is from 15.00 to 11.00 on the following day, unless individual agreements between Leśne Historie Apartments and the guest state a different time frame.
  3. The Guest should submit his/her wish to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated in the original reservation no later than 09.00 a.m. on the day when the original date of stay expires. The facility of Leśne Historia Apartments will take into consideration the wish to prolong the stay, as far as the flats or cottages are available, and at the same time the Guest is obliged to pay a fee for further hotel days according to the current price in force in the facility of Leśne Historia Apartments.
  4. In case of cancellation by the Guest of further stay during the period covered by the reservation, for reasons beyond the control of the facility Leśne Historie Apartments, the fee for unused hotel nights is not refundable.

5. Silence at night and stay of outsiders:

  1. A curfew is enforced throughout the premises from 22.00 to 07.00 the following day, with the exception of special events agreed in advance with the Leśne Historie Apartments facility.
  2. No outside third parties are allowed on the premises of Leśne Historie Apartments without the consent of the staff. If the Guest obtains such permission, the stay of outsiders is allowed only until 21.00 hours.
  3. The Guest may not, without the consent of the facility of Leśne Historie Apartments, accept additional third parties for overnight stays in the facility who are not included in the accommodation of the stay. Each case of violation of the prohibition referred to in the first sentence entitles the facility to charge a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 500 for each unauthorised person and hotel day in which the violation occurred.

6. Use of the facility:

  1. The Guest’s accommodation is based on presenting at the reception desk of the object Leśne Historie Apartments an identity document with a photograph and signing the registration card.
  2. The object of Lesne Historie Apartments reserves the right to change the location of the cottages while maintaining the agreed type and standard of accommodation and making every effort to meet the expectations and preferences of Guests. The change made will not be the basis for a complaint or change of the booking price.
  3. The Guest receives a set of keys at his/her disposal at the moment of accommodation at Leśne Historia Apartments, which he/she is obliged to return on the day of departure. If the key is lost, the guest is obliged to pay a lump sum of PLN 100.
  4. The guest may not hand over the apartment to other persons not included in the reservation, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired.
  5. When handing over the keys to the flats or cottages, the service staff of Leśne Historia Apartments will provide information concerning the facility, as well as instructions concerning the operation of selected electrical appliances used in the flats and cottages. At the same time, you will become acquainted with the technical condition of the flat and the cottage as well as the equipment in it.
  6. Failure to raise any comments or objections as to the technical condition at the moment of entry into the flat or house is tantamount to the fact that the flat or house has been handed over for use in a condition that does not raise any comments or objections by the Guest.
  7. During your stay at Leśne Historia Apartments, the facility staff has no right to enter the rented flat or chalet without your consent, let alone move your personal belongings. The right to enter the rented facility is left only in the event of noticing threats to the safety of the Guest, cleaning or in the event of the Guest’s failure to comply with the rules of the cottage.
  8. The cleaning and changing of towels in the flats and cottages during the Guest’s stay is done at the request of the Guest.
  9. All movable items located on the premises of Leśne Historie Apartments, especially the equipment of the cottages, are the property of Leśne Historie Apartments. It is forbidden to take any belongings.
  10. Due to fire safety requirements, it is forbidden to use in the houses any appliances or devices powered by electricity or gas, which do not belong to the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, heaters, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the cottages.
  11. The guest is obliged to secure the rooms against strangers every time he leaves the cottage, in particular by closing the doors and windows.
  12. For the sake of the environment and the safety of the facility, it is recommended to reduce electricity and water consumption.
  13. Apart from a minor rearrangement of furniture and equipment which does not affect their functionality and safety of use, Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the flats and cottages, including their furnishings.
  14. The Guest is obliged to take care of the infrastructure of the facility made available to him/her, in particular the rented cottage, leaving it in a condition not deteriorated to the state from the moment of handing over the keys.
  15. Items left by the Guest in the facility, after leaving it, shall be sent back at the expense and risk of the Guest to the address indicated by the Guest. If the Guest fails to indicate the address to which the items left behind are to be sent back or if the Guest fails to collect the items in person within 3 days from the date of departure from the facility, the staff will handle the items in accordance with the regulations on lost and found items. Storage of left items is at the expense and risk of the owner. Due to their characteristics, foodstuffs will be stored for a period of 24 hours after which they will be disposed of.
  16. On the premises of the Leśne Historie Apartments it is permitted to park vehicles in the place designated for vehicle parking (lockable car park).
  17. It is forbidden to light fires, including bonfires and barbecues (without prior notification at the reception), except in places designated for this purpose by the Leśne Historie Apartments facility.
  18. When entering or leaving the facility, the entrance door must be closed each time.
  19. The guest is obliged to respect the greenery on the premises of the Leśne Historie Apartments facility, in particular not to damage trees, shrubs, flower meadows.

7. Services and additional services:

  1. .The object of Leśne Historie Apartments provides services according to its category and standard.
  2. In case of any concerns regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to immediately report the concerns to the staff of the object Leśne Historie Apartments, which will enable the staff to react and improve the standard of services provided.

8. No smoking:

  1. Smoking of tobacco and similar products is prohibited on the premises of Leśne Historie Apartments.
  2. Failure to comply with the prohibition will result in the Guest being obliged to pay a contractual penalty of PLN 500 for each disclosed instance of non-compliance by the Guest or third parties for whom the Guest is responsible.

9. Animals:

  1. The facility of Leśne Historie Apartments accepts pets, i.e. a dog or a cat, to stay at the facility. The stay of a pet must be notified at the stage of booking.
  2. The stay of a pet is charged as a one-off fee according to the current price list available at the facility.
  3. The owner of the animal is obliged to:
    • keep the animal in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other Guests and staff,
    • keep the animal tethered at the premises of the Leśne Historie Apartments and to repair any damage done by the animal,
    • to immediately remove any waste left by the animal.

10. Responsibility of Guests:

  1. On the premises of Leśne Historie Apartments, total responsibility for children, young people under the age of 18 and persons with disabilities rests with their parents or guardians. Children’s parents or guardians are responsible for their safety in the facility and on the premises of Lesne Historie Apartments.
  2. The guest making a reservation for a stay is responsible for all persons included in the reservation, animals and behaviour of third persons staying in the facility as persons invited by him/her and not included in another reservation.
  3. The guest who intentionally or accidentally damages the property of the facility of Lesne Historie Apartments is obliged to cover the full cost of the damage.
  4. The Guest and persons for whom he/she is responsible are obliged to observe safety rules and legal regulations, in particular: occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations, provisions of these Rules and Regulations, and in exceptional situations they are obliged to obey the instructions of the Leśne Historie Apartments facility staff.
  5. In case of violation of the Rules and Regulations of the facility, Guests will be checked out and will have to leave the facility immediately. This applies in particular to cases of disturbing the quiet hours of the night and any other behaviour that prevents other Guests from resting peacefully. The early departure of a Guest due to a breach of the regulations does not entitle the Guest to claim a refund for unused hotel nights.

11. Liability of the facility:

  1. The object of Lesne Historie Apartments is liable for loss or damage of things brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code, i.e. art. 846 et seq. Civil Code.
  2. The guest should notify the staff of the facility of Lesne Historie Apartments of the occurrence of the damage immediately after its discovery.
  3. The facility of Leśne Historie Apartments is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, objects left in it and live animals.

12. Complaints:

  1. Guests have the right to lodge a complaint regarding their booking and stay at the Leśne Historie Apartments facility.
  2. The complaint should be made in writing or by e-mail according to the current contact details of the object Leśne Historie Apartments. In urgent and non-urgent cases a complaint should be submitted in person (in writing) at the reception of the object Leśne Historie Apartments.
  3. The complaint should be lodged immediately after the circumstances to which it relates have occurred.

13. Final provisions:

  1. In matters not regulated by these rules and regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
  2. The object of Lesne Historia Apartments reserves the right to introduce changes to these rules and regulations, with the reservation that to bookings made before the change of the rules and regulations, the version of the rules and regulations in force at the moment of making the booking by the Guest shall apply.
  3. The publication date of the current regulations is 19.12.2024.

14. Principles of collection, processing and use of personal data:

  1. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
